Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) is a dynamic process of rapid emotional and behavioral change that explores the areas of undesired emotions and our problematic ways of being.

The process considers the questions, “How did I learn to feel the way that I do?” and "How am I behaving that gets in the way of a better outcome?"

IEMT opens up the possibility of creating positive and appropriate change in our emotional lives.

 

HOW IEMT WORKS

IEMT (Integral Eye Movement technique) is an eye movement process that utilizes simple eye movements and questioning techniques to change a particular thought pattern that is problematic for the client. 

The practitioner precisely calibrates which axis through which to move the eyes, enabling change to occur with precision and at a remarkable speed.  

Moving our eyes in the IEMT process connects to the part of the brain that stores our memories and emotions, calming the feeling and placing the memory in its proper perspective.

The IEMT process  creates change by rapidly reducing unwanted feelings and changing problematic behaviors, which helps resolve difficult life situations and emotional issues.    

This is not EMDR. This is unlike any other eye movement model.  This is better.

IEMT CAN BE DONE CONTENT FREE. That means the client doesn't have to reveal anything they don't want to about the problem or situation.  Less talking and more healing. IEMT enables excellent results where previously other methods may not have worked.
