Life coaching is solution focused. This means a life problem is identified or a goal is set and we work to resolve the problem or reach the goal. In my work, I go a step further by integrating IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique), which helps release emotional blocks connected to past experiences. This allows you to resolve problems with rapid speed and reach your goals with more certainty, clarity, and confidence—not just through strategy, but through real internal change.
Life coaching is a solution focused process based on goal-setting, changing mindset, and resolving life’s problems, while talk therapy often addresses past trauma and mental health conditions through identifying and analyzing. Coaching is best suited for individuals ready to take action and create change.
A Life coach helps with relationship issues, work goals and problems, low confidence, social anxiety, addictive behaviors and trauma. While traditional coaching focuses on setting goals and creating plans, my approach helps you move through what’s underneath those challenges QUICKLY. Using IEMT, we work to release emotional intensity and change behavior patterns that create a sense of emotional calm and mental clarity so you can move forward in a more grounded and natural way.
IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique) is a therapeutic process that uses targeted questions and structured eye movements patterns to change problematic emotional states, unwanted behaviors and intrusive thoughts. This helps you release emotional intensity and shift how past experiences affect you today. By working with how memories are stored, IEMT allows you to feel more calm, clear, and in control without needing to relive the past.
THE PROCESS
• Identify Problematic Emotional State or Negative Behavior
• Explore how familiar it feels
• Locate earliest recall of this emotion or behavior
• Move eyes in a structured pattern to process and shift the response
• Emotional response changes, notice the shift
An IEMT coach helps you reduce emotional intensity connected to past experiences so you can feel more at ease, confident, and present in your life. The process supports meaningful personal growth by helping you move out of old patterns and into new ways of thinking and responding.
IEMT is similar to EMDR only in that it uses eye movements, but it focuses on changing identity patterns (behavior) and creating emotional resilience rather than clinical treatment. It’s quicker and less complicated.
Sessions are a combination of conversation and IEMT work. Rather than just talking through challenges, we focus on identifying what’s coming up for you and using IEMT to support the rapid release and relief of problem emotions. From there, we build clarity and direction so you can move forward feeling more aligned and in control.
Some clients experience relief and clarity after one session, while deeper transformation typically happens over weeks depending on consistency.
Clients often experience a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional relief in situations that used to trigger them. By working with IEMT, many find that distructive behavior patterns that once felt overwhelming begin to resolve, allowing them to move forward with more confidence, ease, and a stronger connection to themselves. Out of control reactions that once felt automatic, simply fade away.
